I could listen to these girls all day even if I can’t understand it 🤣. Apart from being ridiculously cute, they carry themselves so well and seem to have awesome personalities. Other kids could learn a lot from them on how to be respectful and still have fun.
@@Windir91 there is no evidence that she or Moa/Su have experienced anything like that. Plus, Koba has made it clear that his approach is to avoid the downsides of the idol industry. Its much more reasonable to assume that Yui's noticeable change in demeanor in 2017 was a result of health issues. She didn't just have a behavioural change, she had obvious swings in appearance, especially in her face. Those are common signs of a person struggling with health issues and can be amplified by certain medications. I think Yui was having a health issue, and the combo of being medicated with the stress of being in Babymetal was simply difficult to manage. Plus, she was graduating higg school, and ultimately the timing made sense for her to go a different way and take care of herself. There is no evidence that Koba/Babymetal either caused the issue or ever did anything aside from support her decisions.
@@Bones12x2 I hope this is correct, and is certainly based in logic. The girls were never promoted in a sexual manner like many others in their age range, such as K-pop. Nor did the music veer into that realm, thankfully. I do have one alternate theory however. The song "Catch me if you can" has the girls playing hide and seek with some demon entity, and if anyone was caught, they would supposedly disappear. I suspect the well known Yui-lag enabled this dark force to catch up to Yui, and that she was targeted also because of her paralyzing cuteness, which the demon intended to make use of. So, rather than immediately vanishing her, the unknown entity used her over several years to absorb souls around the globe, eventually weighing Yui down. I believe the stewards of Baby Metal caught on to this and attempted an exorcism in 2018, the outcome of which is unknown to this day. Meanwhile, we Yui-zombies are left to wander the planet crying at the sight of tomatoes.
I can speak Japanese so I understood what he was saying but he comes off as a creep lol. Asking them if he's too old to go out with them (obviously jokingly but still creepy) and making them play the 'air guitar' which he supposedly learned from a band called sex machineguns but is actually him imitating a dude jacking off lol. He even tells the girls to move their hands up and down more vigorously and make 'the face'😫. It's still nice we get to see interviews of them though!
The fan community had a pretty sizable collection of translated interviews stored on the Google+ platform, but when Google gave that the axe a lot of it was lost. A translation of this interview existed at one point but I couldn't tell you where to find it now.
