All three girls killed it, Pharita was amazing as expected, Rora hit those emotions (crazy so young), but Asa, wow, way to bring out a new side and deliver. Pharita (my bias) was the best voice (so angelic), but again it was expected. Rora and Asa just raised their game so much, they impressed so much. Asa most improved. Can't wait for Chiquita, she is going to have Olivia commenting after, she will do so good, lol.
Rora’s emotions had me in a chokehold. GOD DAMN. That crescendo. Ffs made me cry tbh. I’m weak…. Pls Rora, stop making me cry. I beg of you. PLEASEEEEEEE P.S: Vocal Fry is the techincal term but yes Rasp
I like your reactions, I really like their performances.. I like pharita's beautiful voice, I like Rora's soulful voice, I like asa's stage performance, I like them...they are so cool.. Let's make more reactions in the future.. Fighting !!
They’re debuting as 7. All seven are active on their official TikTok and Instagram accounts. This evaluation was a year ago meaning it concluded way back then. Their debut is fast approaching indicated by their busy activities on social media. This whole series has been nothing but a market ploy to hype up each member. It has worked masterfully.
@@ignatiuschua5268 They’ve already established their social medias (RU-vid, TikTok and Instagram) under BabyMonster with millions of subscribers and followers already in place.
Babymonster & baemon already registered as YG brand (group name) since around 2 years ago. And around year ago music industry insider give information, that name related to 7 member girl group that all Jennie lookalike. This is it.
0:33 not really since Pink Punk was never official, Babymonster have their own youtube chanel and other social accounts so im 100% that will be the name
They’re all going to debut. YG is so good at marketing, we’ve seen it happen before. Maybe at that point of this being filmed he wanted to eliminate someone but ended up not doing so and now he’s acting like he is during these episodes to gain more attention towards the group. They’re definitely all going to debut
At first I wasn't sure if all 7 members would debut, because YG eliminated some very talented people out of Pink Punk to get to the 4 members that became BlackPink. Recently though I saw a video short of all 7 members of BM doing Jisoo's Flower dance challenge, so I think they will be 7.
no, it’s different. bcoz blackpink debuting without any survival shows. so they can change from pink punk to blackpink or to whatever it is bcoz there’s no officials yet. but baby monster had been show up on public as baby monster. they already had official yt account, official ig acc, official tiktok acc and official twitter acc. so no, their group name will not gonna change
There were happy tears in the last evaluation teaser #2 . They cried with smiles when they knew the result. OT7 will debut soon. Pharita's voice is angel's voice. Chiquita! Keep Fighting.
and the thing about the project name means that they might debut with 7 members. because YG said that babymonster will have less than 7 members. but if babymonster is only the project name it will have 0 members in the end and baemon or whatever the group name will be, might have 7 (not my idea, but I like it!) p. s.: thanks for dragging me into this group! they're all great artists and I have like 3 biases :D I also recommend the behind the scenes.
Their name will remain BabyMonster because all their official sites (RU-vid, TikTok and Instagram) are already established as BabyMonster. Do not take to heart anything from this series. The whole premise of a survival show was just a front to showcase the girls extensively leading up to their debut
@@jbiehl8478 maybe not.... Because some people pointed out that when they got their tickets to amusement park, it was written as "BaeMon" on their tickets and also there are other instances where it was written as BaeMon instead Babymonster.... Also same people are saying that "Babymonster" is a YG trainning program and there are 2-3 Chinese Trainees who are also under this Babymonster program in YG's Chinese branch.
I think YG trademarking Baemon is them protecting against unofficial fan merch. YG couldn't trademark "BLINK" since its just a word. If Baemon becomes the "fan name" for them anyone who wants so make any merch with that name is a licence for YG to print money.
I don't know who's the one who is spreading that "blackpink" was more members and he chopped them to 4, and other groups who were more but YG being ruthless boss, made the group of less members.... But believe me that's TOTALLY FALSE and I'm saying this after following YGE for more than 12 years now 1. Blackpink or we can say "Pink Punk" was a 9 member group but YG didn't chopped them to 4, it was other members (Trainees) who decided to leave YG because their debut was delayed 2-3 times 2. YG never ever ever not debuted participants from servival shows (except BIGBANG'S 6th member). Infact, whenever he did a servival shows, all participants who's identity is revealed are in a group debuted under YG.... ALL of them. Be in winner+ ikon, be it BigBang, and treasure one is latest in which he really was insistent to treasure being 7 member group until very last moment where he announced that ALL 13 of them will debut as TREASURE members
24:38 she doesnt have time to change, remember that was a mid check so it was alredy 15 days into, probalby what he meant was the song that ahyeon picked it didnt fit her or maybe didnt make her shine. But im pretty sure that ahyeon with the performance will eat the song and prove she can do everything
I feel like you didn't understand the reference ASA made, "All I see are more bent exclamation marks in the mirror" Which means she sees questions when looking in the mirror. bent ! = ? but if I'm stating the obvious disregard comment😅
The possible names for Blackpink before their debut was confirmed were Pink Punk, Magnum, Babymonster etc And YG was gonna debut 2 boy groups in 2019, 1st named Treasure with 7 members and 2nd named Magnum but one confirmed trainee left Magnum before debuting so they merged both groups as TREASURE with 12 members and just few months ago 2 members left the group for personal reasons
Sooner or later , when they release their own solo song after the group has been solid and well-developed. They r gonna shock the world. OT 7 , can’t wait their debut !!
Yeah, I think the ending was a flashback to their mid-check. All they showed us previously is YG writing notes and leaving his rankings on the table, but based on his little talk with Chiquita here, it does seem like he did actually give some notes to the girls... and he told Ahyeon that he didn't like her song choice. Makes some sense for him to single her out like that, I guess, because I think he and many of the other evaluators considered her an easy first place but that song choice mid-check had her 4th? So even though it wasn't as low as Ruka and Asa, I feel like he was particularly disappointed in Ahyeon's choice, lol.
I wish they are all debuting as 7 members group. Anyway, I think it's possible that YG will stick with 4 members girl group like Blackpink and 2NE1. If b In that case 😢, I guess Ahyeon, Asa, Chiquita and Rora r in the group.
You'll get a kick out of this, Alexa. After I watched this, I checked out Charlie Puth's Dangerously MV, and the top number one comment, with 279 'likes' and 43 replies, was "I'm curious : who's here because of Ahyeon from Babymonster?" 😄 Our little KPop oasis is the only one there where the comments aren't three years old. 🤩🤭
Alexa, thanks for your video. Always love your videos. I feel compelled to share my theory. This is Ep. 5, in Ep. 6 they will show us Chiquita, Ahyeon, Haram and Ruka. Ep. 7, YG will announce the final line up. Ep. 7 = 7 members. Get it ?😅. I'm gonna hate YG if it's any other number than 7 😡
I would not be surprised there would be member(s) cut from the final group to be debuted. But I am certain Y.G. WOULD NOT CUT any of them FROM THE COMPANY, letting them go home. Its a question of stupidity. And Y.G. is anything but stupid. After recruiting such amazing talents, after investing so much in training them, after letting the whole world how incredibly talented these girls are, he is not so stupid to let any of them go and to be "snatched" instantly by rival entertainment companies. But I must add I prefer the 2 youngest members Rora (14) and Chiquita (13) NOT to debut until they turn 18, or at least 15 years old, which I understand to be the minimum legal age to become professional performers in S. Korea (Minzy in 2NE1 and Yeri in Red Velvet).
The minimum legal age is 14 for a Korean performer to be able to legally work overseas. There is no minimum legal age for a Korean performer to work domestically. YG Entertainment has debuted or featured minors since 2nd gen K-POP and there were no complaints of mistreatment or exploitation of their minors. G-Dragon was 13 when he was featured in the YG Family "Hip Hop Gentlemen" song & music video. While still trainees, Rose and Jennie were 15 when they were featured in G-Dragon solo songs "Without You" and "Black". Suhyun was 14 and Chanhyuk was 17, when they debuted as AKMU. Suhyun is currently 23 years old and is the female artist with the most time at YG Entertainment.
i think they name will stick with babymonster bcz they alrdy create all socmed with that name and its official, different from BP they're not official yet with that name back then
