You definitely need to watch the introductions + character playlist before the Last Evaluations. You get to see and hear their stories before coming to YG and trainee life. Plus, you get to see their personalities and what their strengths are, even the dance trainers, rap/vocal teachers, producers, and even Yang Hyunsuk are present in the girls’ intro videos. All girls are very endearing, charming, and super talented in their own unique ways. I figured you’d really love the vocal line of BABYMONSTER… LOL! I knew Rora would instantly be your fave..Haram as well because they’re the kind of vocals you love. Chiquita is sooo good at her age already..imagine when she gets older and matures. Ahyeon has very versatile vocals too and Pharita’s vocals does remind me of Rose too..very distinct and unique. Also, don’t sleep on Asa and Ruka’s vocals..they may be awesome rappers, but their vocals are very angelic and pretty too.

What's great about Haram is she's making her cover songs as if it's her own songs. She isn't just a great singer but she's writing lyrics and creating melodies. That's why her cover songs are different from the original

The introduction videos are kinda like official guide videos, you'll learn personal stuff about them and also see more pre debut content like auditions, evaluations etc. If you decide to react to those too, you wont regret it. I would say though that you can totally watch the character playlist videos on your own, they are more like fun little bts videos

Just as a little heads up, Last Evaluation isnt really a survival show and it also doesnt really matter if you know the results already since most people thought it was a fake out by YG anyways while they were airing the show, it's more about the members last challenge before they debut. It would definitely be worth reacting to since there are a lot of great performances, cameos and most importantly great moments of BM becoming a real team that you would enjoy. It was by far my favourite type of content that I reacted to this year so I can only recommend checking it out.

Chiquita is a baby Lisa of BlackPink. Baby Monster launched when they discovered Chiquita. She is the final piece of the Baby Monster puzzle. She has the shortest training time, less than 1 year, of the 7 girls who have trained for more than 4 years before debut.

they actually just announced that their debut will be in November of this year! :) so i definitely recommend watching all their introduction videos as well as the last evaluation before their debut comes bc let me tell you, these girls are SOOO freaking talented and just amazing at everything they do!!!

Haram is unique and during last evaluations she covers a Jazmine Sullivan R & b song that will blow you away. Chiquita is gifted and beyond her years. She wants to be there and she has her family's support as well. Yeah, Rora just did that! and she's sitting down too. Pharita took us to church. Ruka got mad swag! Asa's rap was dope! and Ahyeon will also blow you away with her cover of "Dangerously" in the Last Evaluation.

And there is something magical in rora vocals (yg named her rora cause of her aura and the vocals ) nobody can deny you will listen once her you definitely gonna repeat again and again -same with me too 😌

When I first listened to this group, this was my first impressions of all of them. Haram - Baby Jisoo Ahyeon - Baby Jennie Chiquita - Baby Lisa Pharita - Baby Rose Ruka - Baby CL

Rora is my bias.

I avoided this group for a long time, too, just because of the age thing. But then when I caught a few of those live performances, I was hooked. Their voices, tho, especially Rora and Pharita. Cannot wait to hear them as their voices continue to mature! And Ruka's swag and presence and flow are solid.

Disclaimer - DO NOT MISS ANY VIDEO FROM THE PLAYLIST... DO NOT WATCH ON YOUR OWN, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REACT TO THEM ALL... YOU CAN TAKE YOUR TIME (not really cos YG just announced that they'll have their debut in November so you have to be quick) Also, nope YG won't be giving them 2 CB a year at all... and this is coming from someone who followed YG from 13+ years... but that won't stop them from becoming the "next big thing" in k-pop cos YG never fails in GG and babymons7er is not different

Everything else + last evalution is basically worth reacting to! makes you get more invested. Then basically you having to chose to go the reacting to the episodes then posting the performances from the eps as a video itself. Or just watch the performances from it then watch the episodes later.

Note that the kpopping web site has a little thing next to each members name, where it will play the pronunciation of their names. ie Pharita has no "F" sound... Ahyeon gets a lot of hype as baby Jenny and her runs and vibrato are great, but Rora's depth and emotional voice really does it for me.

They have the tools this group has so much potential. Vocally they can go toe to toe not just against other k pop groups but world wide. But its goiung to come down to how YG produces and markets them. And the thing you can never predict is how the fans are going to push them.

In My opinion the character playlist videos (the rly short ones) are good but not rly "needed". The introduction videos are very good and you should watch them before the last evaluation videos :)

Btw did you know in Korea there is a traditional age counting system in which every person born is considered 1 years old and adds another year when the calendar hits Jan 1st. Meaning a child born on Dec 31st turns 2 the next day. Thankfully 3 months ago they changed this law in Korea to fit with international age counting methods because it was very confusing.

I'm not 100% sure but the tweet you saw about Ahyeon was probably speculation since she wasnt seen for a while compared to the other members so people started wondering since there was also a bit of a controversy because she supposedly said a slur in one of her predebut raps. As far as I know she's still part of the lineup and if you continue watching BM content you'll see that she is a pretty integral member too, so I don’t think she wont debut with them unless something crazy happens.
