I always wondered if that was worth the coin.... although the food looked fresh (on video), doesn't seem like an $80 experience .... Great video... glad Chris is better now.... Thanx for sharing! Peace!!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve never had a good “experience” at a buffet. That’s why the food needs to be amazing! It has to be worth the cost, navigating through heavy crowds holding a plate of food, standing in line to get food, waiting for drinks, finding your seat, spending most of your time away from your company, etc. Now that I think about it, I have no clue why I like buffets in the first place!!!

I’m always amazed at how much you can eat and yet how fit your are. Poor Chris didn’t look like he felt well. We took Aunt Helen there and she enjoyed it, even at Full Price 😊 IMO, it was better pre-pandemic. The food tasted fresher.

Agreed. I remember better quality before COVID, but I really needed some seafood! It’s ridiculous how much I eat. And, not so fit at the moment because I haven’t worked out in forever. Hard finding the motivation and getting back on a schedule with everything going on the past few months.

Hey, Tina! Yes, free is the best price for me:) We just wanted to see if it was as good as we remembered it being before COVID. But, since Chris was sick, we’ll never really know! Doubt we’d go back. Just too many other places to choose from.

Nice, my sister went yrs ago before covid, she said it was horrible! Luckily mgr gave a credit but i agree its not worth $80 lol

We went before COVID, too, and thought it was pretty good. Still not worth the money, though. We had to pay an up-charge to go after buying the 24-hour-unlimited buffet pass. That was a rough 24 hours:)

I know im one of the rare few that has zero interest in this buffet. Id like to try the Wynn Buffet someday maybe. Free is a great price though😂i just wont pay $75+ per person.

Smart lady! The price is a bit high. Wynn is nice, and the room is a lot smaller, so less chance I’ll get lost trying to find our table:)

I sort of think that it’s almost impossible to eat $80 worth of food, unless you’re eating nothing but lobster or crab legs, which you could do it any buffet. I’ve heard the Bacchanal has gone downhill a bit, and it really is a shame that Chris’ tastebuds were not in tiptop shape.

Agreed. It’s hard to justify the cost unless you really put forth some effort. I think a lot of the restaurants aren’t quite as good as they were before the shutdown. But, I do think the crab legs were better than other buffets and I hardly ever see clams anymore. If the carving station was better, it would help.

Considering how much we should and can eat, it is NOT worth the price. In fact, nothing justifies this crazy price. You can get very good food for less. You are lucky you got it free and in that case, it is great. Why not?! Hope the dog is good.

Yeah, we’re really glad we didn’t have to pay for it. Even if the food was better, we don’t think any buffet is worth those prices. But, there are always so many people there, so we’re probably in the minority:)
