$85 is really steep per person. I tried Cosmopolitan Wicked Spoon buffet the other day because I got 2 for 1 with my tier status, and the cost was $47, and I found it was satisfying for my husband and I. Brunch style menu with crab legs was ok with me. Vegas is getting so expensive now. Sad
Thank you for the shoutout on my Mom’s 90th birthday❤ she had the best time time and we all were very excited that we got to meet you both😍 We felt that seeing you guys there, made the highlight of the day. The family is fans of your RU-vid videos! And we get glimpses of some of us in the video.Thank you, Fans from Hawaii
Another great video!!❤❤❤ so much always to choose from at a buffet as long as you can mix different flavors 😂😂😂 the best part of any buffet is so many desserts to try!!!!😂😂😂 everything looked good😊😊 thanks for this adventure!! Any adventure you do is fun to watch🎉 cant wait for your next one❤❤❤
When we went they jammed everyone in there. So crowded that the food stations looked terrible. The seafood section looked like a war zone and being it was so busy no one was dressing up the food and cleaning around the presentation area. The area looked like it was carpet bombed by B-52's. So it wasn't worth it when we went. Glad to see when you went it looked more relaxed and comfortable.
Didn't look as elaborate to me as other times I've seen it. They use to have the big snow crab claws. Didn't see those and the presentations weren't as fancy/elaborate. Looks like every other buffet there is or was. Nothing special for $85. As always, a great review. Love you guys.
I love your cutlery etiquette - well done -- seems such a small thing but so many youtubers get it wrong. I really like also your really friendly approach. I feel like you are already friends. (promise not in a creepy way LOL) . Def a new subscriber.
I tried Bacchanal for the first time prior to an Adele concert (which was phenominal BTW). If you're into sea food and other ethnic cuisine it's definately worth the price. But to me this is definately the best buffet to eat at.
Park MGM is a foodie paradise! Eataly alone is a culinary adventure, but don't forget to hop on the tram to The Cosmopolitan for even MORE delicious options. Chino Poblano is a must-try and one of my favorites places to eat in Vegas. !
Great to see the bacchanal better than ever! There’s nothing like the feeling of being able to extract the crab leg completely intact😀 with things being so expensive now, I totally agree that $85 is a great deal. Great video guys.❤❤❤
So true on both the price and crab extraction! lol. With the price of this buffet creeping up, won't be long before it reaches $100 USD. Thanks for watching, Tim!!
Aloha Ohana 🌺 - I always wanted to try it but have not. You're a pro Lisa getting that crab meat out whole 😊. Great seeing auntie. Thank you for taking us along ❤
A good thorough review of this elite buffet, thank you Bill and Lisa for sharing. My main concern is that for the price and extensive selections, you should at least be allowed 2 hours. Was 90 minutes sufficient enough for you?
Opinion: Spending $85 dollars on food you only have 90 minutes to eat seems to me to be a bit of a jip, UNLESS 2 or more people fork over the 85 clams then share the spoils / the delectables.
What happens if you don’t leave in 90 minutes? Do they charge you another $85? As a senior I cannot rush like that nor am I interested in eating that much. I think it’s a pass for me. Would rather try Frank Sinatra restaurant.
We've noticed they stop refilling your drinks and clearing dishes. We've also stayed past the 90 by 15 or more mins (at other timed buffets) and nothing was said to us.
Hi Bill and Lisa. I hope you are well. On your next trip to New Orleans, could you visit the "court of 2 sisters" jazz buffet. It runs from 9 am to 3 pm daily. I would love to hear your thoughts on it. thanks, and I really love your videos.
@ BillandLisa my husband said the prime rib looked like a roast instead lol. Thank you two for sharing & it was great seeing your sister as well Lisa. 😊
What’s even more insane how the servers REMINDS the customers that their 90 minutes is nearing up… ridiculous… I understand the popularity of the buffet but at this point, my loyalty goes to the Wynn buffet.
Wolfgang Puck created his Salmon Pizza and many variations on that theme have been created by many other chefs since then. I went thru a Salmon Pizza phase, mixing different veg, olives, Salmon (and the Salmon can be prepared in various ways - I preferred smoked with pizza), cheeses - it's good fun!
Lesley is back and gave a review. Yeah!!! Glad you went back to try the Bacchanal. Haven't been back in a while myself. May have to give it a try next visit. It looks really good. Agree, not a fan of cream cheese in wontons, sushi. Actually not a fan of cream cheese unless it has sugar in it. LOL Thanks for the review.
😮 seems like it's getting more expensive and the selections are more or less the same...for a time limit of 90 mins...it's not worth it ( just my opinion )...rather spend the $85 on a dinner that I can take my time and enjoy my meal...overall, glad you enjoyed yourselves...have a great weekend, til Weds ❤😊
HIGHLY AGREE!! As a Las Vegas local, I prefer Wynn > Caesar’s. At the Wynn Buffet, they do not harass you to leave at EXACTLY 90 minutes. And it’s almost practically the same price. Yes the quality may be a tad different but it is so minuscule to the point that the 90 minute limit at Caesar’s for me is a huge deterrent to not dine there ever again. At the Wynn, not only can you reserve online but you can also prepay too. When you arrive you are then put in an exclusive prepay/reserved line. It normally takes 10-15 minutes OR less.
@@jpikrokarn627 that’s what I’m saying too… Caesars no longer worth it IMO. In another youtuber’s video of their review, they kept it in the video when they were reminded that their 90 minutes is nearing the end. Not even a sushi ayce and kbbq have I been reminded to leave asap.
❤ Love it guys!! So much to choose from and loved the variety of cuisines!! Yes we are a crab Rangoon family 😊🎉😂 in fact my boys will grab them cold leftover from the fridge for breakfast!!! 👱♀️🌊🏖️ Cindy in FL
Honestly, cream cheese makes EVERYTHING better lol I've had it with sushi, hot dogs, stuffed mushrooms, omelets... I have a lasagna recipe that uses cream cheese instead of ricotta and everyone loves it!
Hope you both are doing well. Now a day, people wanted to eat fatty steak with no fat. The prime rib that you got looked like roast beef with no marbling cap. When I go to an upscale steakhouse, I have to specifically say to them to request for rib eye with marbling cap. Otherwise, I'd get the rib eye steak that has been completely trimmed with no cap and looked almost exactly like a New York Strip.
Hi Bill, Lisa, and Special guest Leslie! 🙋♀️ As for cream cheese in anything Asian/pseudo-Asian: Yes from me. But, only in Philadephia Roll sushi! That being said, I've also been spotted putting cream cheese and Kimchi on a toasted bagel for breakfast.😱🤦♀️😁
And yet another great video and we got to see Leslie I think they brought up there game I love you guys have a great week Happy belated Fourth of July ❤
I love roast duck! We made kalbi for July 4th, sushi, and crab would be my buffet. Dessert spread always looks good. Mango anything is good. That drink sounds interesting. If you were in Hawaii, I would bring you mango from our tree. Maybe next year.
You only had one item from the carvery section. I also noticed that there was no cha siu in the Chinese section. That's my all-time favorite Chinese food (but not the cha siu bao). I also like the shrimp with walnuts.
Guys, I'd really like to know how you both "feel" about these 90 -or whatever time limit - to some of these buffets? When I hear there's a time limit , something inside me sours. While I appreciate the financial reasons to do that as far as the restaurant's interest, I feel it taints, diminishes a gratifying dining experience. As for the quality, texture, and look of the food at this place, from the other side of the screen, it looked like good quality cooking. When vegetables are vibrant, that's usually an indicator of quality. Fond of you both, and always glad when you post. Until next .
Hi Karen! I feel it's enough time, even when we film. And, from our experience, the servers passively let you know when your time is up by not refilling your drinks and clearing plates, so you do have several minutes past the 90. With all that said, Lisa feels the 90 minute time limit is too short because of the many food choices you want to try.
@@billandlisa Obviously align with Lisa, Bill, but appreciate your comfort with it. I feel *particularly resentful when it's better quality food, and multiple choices. If we're talking 30 bucks, etc., who cares if there's time pressure.. Thank you for the thoughtful reply. Truly looking forward to your next. Be well, both.
Bacchanal is good, but the Palms Lobster Buffet is outstanding for the $65.00 price. I suggest you go check it out, especially if you love lobster, lobster tails, crab legs, etc.
Definitely not worth $85. If I'm being honest I don't think I'll pay $50 for that. I'm going to Vegas and this buffet was on my family's bucket list. Thanks guys you saved us some money 💪🏼
glad you guys had a good time but the 'prime' rib was missing all it's usual parts Seemed to be only the usually dry round section. NO cap...no tail...no great fat flavor. I can't believe they charge $85.00 for this spread. Way overpriced. Always enjoy your videos.
I havent been to Bacchanal since 2019, i thought it was a good value at the lunch price and sneak into the dinner menu. My favorite buffet is still Salty's on Alki. Too bad it still hasnt come back. I heard that the Salty's in Portland just opened back up. Tim Lee just went.
For $85, i'm very Disappointed that the Crab isn't Self Serve Otherwise it's the ONLY ITEM on my Plate! Not that good of a Deal since it's NOT Self Serve, i know of a Few Seafood Buffets that Crab Legs are Unlimited Self Serve and it's 1/2 the Price Thanks for the Video Bill and Lisa❤ ✌✌
I love Crab Rangoon. But I love cream cheese with anything. We all have different tastes. Thanks for the review. I didn’t like Bacchanal last time I went. I’ll try again.
Guys... How can you know if you'd like something if you don't try it at least once... Crab "rangoon" is good, sushi with cream cheese tempura shrimp and avocado 👍 Nice selectionsvin this buffet... ( Hi, Leslie 😊)
For myself, I can't eat as much so I would go to a restaurant that features what I want to eat and not a buffet where I couldn't possibly eat all the offerings. You paying for all that is offered regardless of whether you eat it or not. so in short you paying for foods you will not eat.
I went to the Bacchanal last year and it was just “okay”. I prefer The Wynn. However I do think it is worth a visit once a year because they do have some signature stand out dishes.
(Where's the horseradish for the prime rib? And the Lemon for the crab?) Lovely food selections. Hopefully you can stop by The Orleans and showcase the Interline Bowling tournament 22-24Jul. It would be fun to see your friendly faces there...
Yes, on this buffet we gravitated to some of our favorites. But, on our recent trip to the Palms AYCE buffet, we tried all sorts of new things to us. Check it out here.. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rv5h2OBDATY.htmlsi=xuy3-1ZKdn0ro6Rt
