Hello! There are a lot of people here who are saying that the filling is not cooked through. Please notice that she has already boiled the corn and the spinach. The onions and capsicum can be eaten raw but are still being steamed. Basically, she just needed to cook the very thin layer of dough and melt the cheese, which she did.
