Einfach grandios musiziert. Meiner Ansicht nach den Geist Bach‘scher Komposition wunderbar getroffen. In Ausdruck, Dynamik, Phrasierung, Triller! Besonderen im Abschluss der Prelude. Sehr gut Sarabande. Angenehm klar und präzise die Gigue. Nur die Courante war zu hastig; zu solchem Tempo hat zu Bachs‘s Zeiten niemand getanzt. Bravo. Werde ich mir öfter anhören
You are a great artist with a fantastic feeling and perfect techniq. Your Interpretation of the first Suite is beautiful. It sounds ligthly, clear and with a lot of feeling for the many wonderful details of a very high level of cello playing. Thank you!
What a wonderful interpretation of this masterpiece! I love how expressive you play the harmonies, while giving inflections to the phrases. I am a horn player and love playing this work in particular everyday to start music for the day. It grounds me in many ways. Your interpretation is one of my favorites I’ve heard. ❤
This is one of my favorite pieces of music. I listened to countless renditions over the years. I like how made it your own. It’s so easy to copy someone else’s…for that alone you deserve a lot of credit. Wishing you all the best !

That is how I envision Bach should be played. With thought. Mega virtuosi I invite you to hear this you may change your approach to papa Bach. The only thing I do not agree with this is skipping the repeats . Those are a blessing to incorporate your own embellishments and apoggiaturas, little scales and trills and more, to use them as another version of the same piece. Use the freedom Bach gives you to make your own additions.
