The videos in this series are such a terrific gift, at least to this old student.. Thank you .As one of the kids says in the commentary, playing these is like getting a lesson from Bach. These young people are all so calm and composed. Bravo to all of them, their teachers, and the folks who made this happen.
Yes. This reminded me how beautiful it can be to do slightly lazy trills - it's easy to just rattle at them and be done (and people will turn it into a speed contest generally too).
I'm more enjoying performances of these Inventions by children than those by adults. The adult performances seem mechanical, whereas the children are playing them more fluidly. I don't know why that should be, but it seems that way to me. Love the intense look on her face. Bach requires this.
Lovely playing, really enjoyed it. I came here from Seymour Bernstein saying he preferred the piano for Bach, but this version made me feel he was missing something.
Yeah even the d minor prelude and fugue in another video of this channel was in c# in my casio but it's the harpsichord and it's beautiful i would like to buy one someday
Bach pieces can have different interpretations, the tempo depends of the fellings and the way you wanna play the piece. Personally, the tempo of this piece is faster than this talented girl is playing. It's like the invention n13, can't be slow. Good practice!
Hola, la chica no es oriental y la obra si está siendo interpretada en el tono original, lo que sucede es que está afinado en 415 hz como en los tiempos de Bach.
