Akshay Kumar often boasts how he finishes movies quickly & doesn't give f about getting into skin of the character, also makes fun of actors who does that. Dikhai deta hai, he looks same in almost every movie irrespective of genre, they make enough money & most movies r forgotten thereafter(like Bachan pandey)

As a 90's kid I used to love movies, specially Govinda movies, it was a typical David Dhawan cast, everyone knew their part and most importantly knew how to act. Once Govinda retired, the nigtmare started everyone from Salman, Sanjay to Akshay Kumar thought they could do comedy as well. Horrible movies one after the other followed by bad acting, yet we went to the movies hoping the next one will be better. The final straw broke when I saw Chandni Chowk to China, I had high hopes because it was internationally marketed and stuff, but it was such a blumming disaster...dado hojo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. It's that when I realized my time and money is equally important and they cannot waste 3 hours of my life watching crap, because I can't allow that. As kids we are told to study hard, work hard, go to a good college and literally not accept anything which is below standard or is not good. Then how can we accept such mindless, effortless nonsense made by unqualified idiots and acted by people who by the way have not even passed their higher secondary school. Why the standards are so low here .....I really stopped watching Indian movies after Chandni Chowk to China, may be one hindi movie here and there which was made well, but that's the promise I made to myself, don't accept mediocrity, specially senseless cinema. Sorry to bore you with a long comment but it was a long due "letter writing time is the" 🤣. But thank you bro, as you take one for the team every time and go through all this crap to make us beware of these hazardous movies. But I have clarity of thought, I will not watch Bollywood till they start making original and better movies. By the way my recommendation for you is to watch a korean thriller "mouse" you may not find it in English and you will have to see the subtitles, but it's totally worth it 👍

When will Bollywood realize that the concept of a lone hero beating up 20 highly muscular guys armed with swords and guys with his pinky finger has become absolutely stale, boring, and disgusting. Where Hollywood produces movies like Interstellar, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Bollywood is still hell bent on "remixing" the same old ghissa pitta unimaginative concept. It is honestly true that the cinema of a country is reflective of the nation's mindset, progress, and growth. It's alarming that people still appreciate such movies.
There are so many movies getting created on social topics but it's just it's not as popular as Akshay's Kumar film. Bollywood has improved a lot and evry year there are films which can be called as per or better than Hollywood movies.
