Bachman's is one of our favourite beaches. 2021 I saw a White Shark jump up and grab her breakfast. It was between the shore and Backman's Island. The beach is privately owned. The owners generously share with the public. They have signs posted asking people not to leave anything (garbage) nor remove anything from the beach, so it surprises me it is listed as a beachglass collection beach. Can you imagine trusting the public with such a treasure??Remarkable and so kind.
