TMC have done quite a few. I also have the southern green which looks really nice. I have a weathered and unweathered version.

It can be monitor settings. When I had a CRT many years ago a lot of photographs I took looked like sulhouette shots. On an LCD the same shots without processing still have all the colour and detail there.

There are a few still about. Somewhere I've seen a list and there are maybe half a dozen still about. IIRC though only two survived in original condition.

The old ones would have originally been Hornby Dublo, and were later issued by Wrenn.

Bachmann did a similar deal with Modelzone for the first release of the TPO coach. I think also the NRM had something similar on the GWR City class. I doubt they will drop their prices; with all Bachmann's price hikes they will likely end up slightly cheaper from TMC.

I've not had any issues with them and they have handled even the tightest curves on my layout.

There is no minimum listed on the packaging.

Thank you so much for the help. Actually I want to make a model of a brake van we commonly see here in India and we don't have commercially available models of rolling stocks used in Indian Railways. So I searched on the internet about exact dimensions of the wagon I wanted to model and found that the wheelbase in the original wagon is 5400mm which comes to almost 54mm for the model if I scale it at 1:100. But since that model also has fixed trucks so I was a little worried about the minimum radius for it as I have a small section where the curve is as tight as 14" S curve for almost a 6" or 7" stretch. If the train crosses that S curve then I am good to go on with the design. Cheers, Amit

On longer wheelbase wagons, Bachmann have used pivotting single axle bogies before now. Their VAA/VBA/VDA vans and OBA/OCA wagons have them.

But are the original trains equipped with similar feature? Because the model I am willing to build doesn't have that feature in the actual train.

The main release oo ones aren't likely to be in the shops until later in the year.
