the best video of this whole project so far starts at 2:35 you can just see how much sediment there is looking at the Volvo and how deep you are digging. love this shit.
The strange thing is that the sediment filling the ponds probably came from farm fields just like the one where they are dumping it. That field itself may have been 3 feet higher a couple hundred years ago when the trees were originally cleared. They could cover hundreds of fields if they ever cleared out the Chesapeake Bay.
Your job there is making me want to go get a dump truck and start driving again. Been years since I ran excavators and trucks for a living but I still miss it. Not really far away from there since I live in Wendell :-)
That was fortunate with this lake job not being filled with crap ,I expected to see shopping carts and dead cattle in the sediment filling what you'd already taken out, and your new sidekick seems to be fitting in already, in my experience just getting them to turn up on time was half the battle.
That machine of yours looks really awesome with those tinted windows there was only a couple times that I could barely see you otherwise I can't see you in there at all do you think you'll do any of your other machines like that?
Why is everyone saying oh make Tim do this since he's new or he done good on the dozer for first time. Damn people he ain't a rookie cant ya tell. He's obviously run equipment somewhere before
I think you should give the new jcb js220 a go it looks really good I have a js 130 dunno if they self jcb in the states. I had a goo at it hard to beat a Volvo tho
