Man crazy how time flies...I remember watching you and David years ago. Your channel has been such a motivation for me in transforming from a small 150lbs to where I am today. Finally starting my own channel/story. Appreciate the content and if you’re ever in Los Angeles come lift at UCLA
At 10 minutes into the video, you can hear the song "Take You With Me" by Tremonti in the background and as a fan of rock and roll, that makes me so happy lol
Hey bro, love your vids... My main goal right now is increasing strength and I am fairly skinny so it is very difficult. What do you recommend I do and what has worked for you? Thanks.
Increase calorie intake, eat alot, and do compound movements bench squat deadlift go for power i guarantee your PR will go up thus creating more mass hope this helps
I think Dylan should stay at this larger body fat percentage and just work on strength and power, he doesn’t have a physique that favors the real shredded look anyway and most real viewers who lift like those realistic gains , i think hes on to something here, respect
Really? I reckon the opposite. There's photos on his IG looking shredded af and he looks great. I feel like a lot of lifters fall into the trap of being too high bf all the time because they want to lift more, but one of the main goals is too look good and that gets forgotten
@@rdrd4181 u got the wrong idea broski im saying the bigger physique fits his body better as he is a stockier guy him getting super lean would be corny imo too much mass on the frame for that
The Gold's Gym where I live does not even offer a day pass. I think they offer one or charge $40 (instead of $19.99 a month the one near me does) because Arnold Schwarzenegger goes there.
It's an iconic gym where the greats use to train. Golds gym in venice is just famous. It's the people and atmosphere that make it special. Probably constantly filled with people that are very successful/important to the fitness industry.
