A job consultancy given me assurance that they will provide IT job and i paid amount...after that they informed me the assessment and interview will be scheduled on some dates they also informed that a new email will be created and it will shared with me before the exam ...later they informed me that the assessment is un-proctored and it will be managed by themselves and they informed me that interview will be conducted....... now job consultancy is asking me scanned copies of pan- card and Aadhar before interview......plzz guide me anna..... is it mandatory to send scanned copies and is it possible that to manage the test from their side is their answer and process is genuine....please anyone help and guide me
