I have one of these Ormeau Bottle trees in my front yard. Had no idea it was so unique. Picked it up as a 1m high seedling from a local Bundaberg weekend market with a tag saying Qld Bottle tree its now 8 years old and just as described the leaves have gone from thin to thick with less segments and its about 5m tall 25cm diameter trunk looking like it wants to touch the sky.

I’m very happy to announce that I do have one seedling of bottle tree which I plant to grow it in ground. ❤
