Gwen, you're voicing what every mother I know says about their struggles to balance work and family. It's not easy, I know. Keep in mind that kids are successfully parented in many different ways, and if this works for your family, then great! Stanley looks healthy and happy, and that's all you can ask for. Keep pushing, girl.
