Mate, I've been around more than a few drunk Ozzie's in my day, and your sir, were thoroughly drunk when you made this, lol. Which of course made the whole thing ten times more enjoyable. Have another few tinnies on me. ;)
I have the Carenado version of the PC-12 and I like it a lot. In fact I have had and enjoyed Carenado aeroplanes in FSX, P3D and MSFS. I know they are not "study level" but for me they are fun and at the end of the day that is all that matters. I am also certain that the birds going off actually amounts to to the sphincter "slack" alarm.😁
Hello mate. Nothing wrong with enjoying a Carenado bird, or 20 (as I have in my collection). I hereby grant you the honour of being this channel's resident proctologist!
Great video. I think the angry looking staring bloke at the back needs to be careful. I reckon the bloke with the hat is Chuck Norris and if he wants to steal his hat it'd be better to call an ambulance first :)
I wouldn't have guessed the Comanche, you got me there ! There are so many fantastic planes in the sim now even the really good ones end up lost in the back of the hanger. I bought the PC=12 on release because I like SWS, and only got around to flying it a couple of day ago 😆 Pusher is easy enough to get rid of, you just have to push a couple of buttons in the right order before takeoff. Steam counts your time from when you launch the game so it includes all the in-game downloads and updates, I think the game only counts your flying time. Certainly when I bought mine it took a couple of days to download (before I got fibre internet) and by the first time I ever got to the main menu Steam was showing me about 30 hours into the game ... Why are tailwinds bad ? At the end of the day you just need your wings moving forwards through the air fast enough, if you need 100 kias but the wind is from behind you then your groundspeed will be higher and you'll need more runway, but 100 kias is still 100 kias ...
I don't have this add on because it came out only a few weeks after I had already plunked for the Carenado version, which I find perfectly serviceable. I actually like Carenado so I guess I'm not one of the cool kids. Worse yet, I still have a hotmail address, I don't have a lifestyle, not even a trace, and I've never heard of Jeanne Little. Is there any reason to go on?
Mate, you're probably in the silent majority when it comes to Carenado. I reckon half the aggro directed their way is people just trying to fit in with the loud mouths in the community. I have plenty of Carenado birds, going back many years, and appreciate them for what they are. But what's hotmail? I don't think that's available on my dial-up connection. Gotta go - the missus wants to make a call on the landline...
