I can relate . Getting 30 soon. For now i realised i just love training hard and looking good. I have a coach again now since a month but that is to get the structure more 100% and that way it feels so much better to pursuit it day to day . But one day I see myself getting on stage maybe. But for now just trying to Pack on muscle, staying Lean and doing decent cycles that dont impact my Health too much.
I used to workout 5 days a week (push, pull, legs, push, pull). Then I started working smarter, not harder and moved it to 4 days a week (push, pull, legs, and upper body). Then life happened, got really busy and now I workout more efficiently. "Less is more" as they say. So now I workout 3 days a week (upper, lower, upper). I Feel great and look great.

I can’t help if you don’t understand unfortunately… it looks in real life the same as my video. (I don’t use filters or anything like that) and no I don’t regret.
I stopped training when I lost my hair. There is no point. Training isn't easy and if you're going to look terrible anyway on account of the baldness, it's a difficult thing to motivate yourself to do.
