Back Pain Relief Using a Double Lacrosse Ball

I LOVE my double lacrosse ball, and prescribe it regularly to clients suffering with aches and pain in their pain. It's not widely practiced, yet, but back pain especially in the low back is often resulting from a dysfunction of the pelvic floor and inner core muscles. Either weakness in the core team (pelvic floor, transverse abdominals, multifidus), or hypertonicity of the pelvic floor.
In this video I wanted to share an extended version (for my clients especially) on all the great ways you can find back pain relief with this magic ball! This movement is part of the release exercise process of my release-retrain strategy for pelvic floor exercise rehabilitation.
