Curaçao is crowned the International Bracket Champions, shutting out Chinese Taipei in their 2-0 victory. Pabao Little League has now won the last 3 international brackets dating back to 2019 (2020 LLWS - Cancelled, 2021 LLWS - United States Only).

curaçao is technically back-to-back-to-back international champions (2019, 2022, 2023) since 2020 was cancelled and 2021 was united states teams only

For two consecutive years Taiwan lost in the International Championship Game and was denied a chance to win it despite only with one loss. This doesn't seem overly fair. The tournament really needs to be on a true double elimination format. Practically there shouldn't be any issue playing a double decker on the same day if the winner from the loser bracket won the first game in the international championship game.

well they have an advantage, more days off means more eligible pitching . there was no excuse for them getting shutout in the final
