Has to file a case in supreme court and request for CBI probe for the one who cleared the UPSC since 2016 under this order 1) Disability 2) son/ daughter of Beaureucrats 3) EWS category from 2019. I believe Indian citizens will be surprised to know there are many pooja khedkars out there. Finally There should be reforms in UPSC mode of selection otherwise this will continue ever year.

*Vijay vardhan 2018 ips 104 rank with general category, then 288 rank IAS with EWS category... Sarjana yadav , Abhishek singh ...these are just 0.1% ..in prelims some candidates sit in special room after paying lakhs to crores and giving exam* ...the rate of prelim paper in 2012 was around 50 lakhs

UPSC में जिनका चयन किसी भी पद पर एक बार हो गया हो, उनको दुबारा एग्जाम में बैठने की अनुमति नही होनी चाहिए। इससे कई दूसरे उम्मीदवार का चयन नही हो पाता है, क्योंकि एक ही उम्मीदवार का कई बार चयन हो जाता है।

My husband also cracked UPSC in 2012. But i can say with pride that he is a gem....he is also a gold medalist from IIT Roorkee....but he is only 5 percent of the population that is honest in the service.....the rest i feel are corrupt.....

वसई विरार महानगरपालिकेमध्ये फक्त १० वी पास झालेले, गेल्या ७ वर्षांत आतापर्यंत शिपाई पदावर भरती झालेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांपैकी काही कर्मचारी डूब्लिकेट ग्रॅज्युएशनची परीक्षा नावाला देऊन, आता डायरेक्ट वसई विरार महानगरपालिका मध्ये सहाय्यक आयुक्त या पदावर बढती घेतली आहे. अशा अधिकारी MPSC च्या परीक्षांमध्ये कशा प्रकारे उत्तीर्ण झाले ? त्याची चौकशी करा. म्हणजे समजेल कश्या शिपाई पासून सहाय्यक आयुक्तांपर्यंत अवैध नियुक्त्या झाल्या आहेत, त्याचा पर्दाफाश होईल.

UPSC produces these officers to serve netaji not the public. Hence, we have been seeing scams after scams for the last 60-70 years and god knows how many of the corruption cases never came out. Now ask yourself:- If these people can do all the corruption in the ministries where they are posted, can't they do corruption in DoPT?

Because unlike the General category they aren't socially, economically and educationally uplifted. There are also many people who are economically backward in the general category but at least they're not socially and educationally backward that's why EWS came into being for them.
