I have done everything you've said but my Ultra Hex Bar 12 is still not showing any light? It worked for a while then UV stopped...now no light. Im so frustrated. More videos and answers for trouble shooting PLEASE!

So the lights must be on d on their setting and every light should have the channel?

Hi. I purchased a SAUNDSWITCH. My disco effects are moving heads that I hang upside down on the lighting traverse. The effects are hanging above me and I want them to shine only in front of me (180 degrees) automatically to the beat of the music (SERATO DJ). Behind me is a wall that is not meant to be illuminated. Can it be set somehow? Do you have a video explaining how to do this?

My stinger menu isn't cooperating. Is there a way to search for the address and number of channels for a given light if the light's menu isn't providing that info?

I followed this step by step and can’t get my gigbar to work. I’m stuck. Where he clicks blue, nothing happens. This doesn’t explain how to get gigbar to work. It just stays in auto or sound mode. Nothing changed. Everything is hooked. Serato sees it.
