Hi Jo! I just turned 70 and make up for me is a thing of the past. I’m all about a facial(when it can) moisturizer and sunscreen and a lipstick and a little blush. It feels wonderful! I just wish you didn’t need to apologize for no makeup. You look just fine. I enjoyed the video!

Coconut oil is incredibly hydrating for your skin, better than moisturizers. I’ve been using it for a month on face and body and notice a difference. Jo, I feel your pain, the flat upstairs from mine is in the second month of renovation, the drilling and hammering 😢 What is going on, my chest is getting bigger too, I’m starting to feel like a flotation device. 😂. Not really if you buy quality vitamins. The ones in the local superstores are cheap for a reason ie low amounts of said vitamin in product bulked out by fillers (read the labels) so when you move up to get more of the vitamin content then the price increases.
Buy the Foreo Bear for microcurrent. It's a small size which is why I like it. Easy to take on travels. I use it every other day now after using it daily for a year. Worth it for 'cost per use.'

I started Intermittent Fasting, but before doing so I listened to your advice and tried AG1 - tell Dave it’s really excellent and worthwhile! (definitely saves having to remember which vitamins and minerals you need to take - all done for you; so convenient!). I started when you had a special offer - definitely the best time to start!! Jo in case you didn’t see my earlier comment, the Plasma Pen/Fibroblasting technique is the BEST non-invasive skin treatment there is! Results are immediate and absolutely jaw-dropping. Better than micro needles etc
@@kp9881 I would assume it’s available most places and there are a few different types. You just need to make sure the person doing it is very experienced. Google Plasma Pen or Fibroblasting with before and after and look at the images. There is also info at @plasmapenofficial here on YT though I don’t have first-hand experience with them, so this is just for more info.

Dear Jo, you look fabulous without makeup and you have wonderfully clear skin. I remember having a CACI facial as well. I do have monthly facials but I’m going to go have a CACI one next. I scratched myself once in my sleep and had a mark on my forehead and it wasn’t long before my wedding 😱! It healed in time fortunately 🤣🤣. See you next Sunday xxx
I had a course of 10 caci treatments in my 40’s , ( 30 years ago) it was really lovely but on the very final treatment my face dropped, it scared me so much I didn’t go for any maintenance treatments…
