Awesome videos and trip man! I don't think I'll ever enjoy any whisky adventure like when I went to Islay last September. I feel lucky to get to have a warehouse tasting at Lagavulin with Iain MacArthur before he retired. I'm happy to see you back!

The Ardnahoe should be fabulous! I can’t wait to be able to access it in Canada. Nice to see a video. I wouldn’t expect perfection in a youthful Islay whisky!

It was actually pretty good. We ended up tasting the Feis release as well -- also pretty good.

Great vlog. U said NOT BAD for laga warehouse tasting..were the drams not that good or the experience without mcarthur ?? Did u do all of that in a day ?

Compared to older Lagavulin Warehouse tasting this one was definitely not as good. Back in the day we would get to taste whiskies from 10 years >>> 34 years. This time around 10 years >> 16 years. A bit sad really.

@@MaltActivist Thanx . I too did the mcarthur tour in 2019 n it was my favourite.promised myself that ill do it if i ever revisit islay.planning next year. So what do u reccommend- 1.warehouse tour 2.tasting a feis ile,a jazz,a distillery exclusive n a 12cs at the bar for same price ??(for 36gbp if we cut down 12cs as i v 2 versions at home )
