Hi Zun, the venepuncture puncture is completely wrong. Seems reckless. Even if it is a artificial arm we must consider as a real human's arm. I hope you're a right hander. While you're doing the procedure, you're holding barrel in the right hand then, switching it to left hand before the pierce the skin. Also, you're holding the barrel and needle completely unsafe method. After the insertion you cant leave the barrel in the medium fossa un attend even you never going take your eyes from venepuncture side. I would suggest you please follow some best practice routines in this procedure. Finally, seems, you're wiping the arm by alcohol swap without remove the cover. No need to go in 45 degree 35 is enough. Good Luck!
