I have combination skin and love that foundation, I love the Coty Airspun setting powder (even though I hate the smell) and I cannot wait to try that mascara, but I have to say, that Maybelline tattoo shadow did not work for me at all!! Even with or without primer it creased on me so bad that I ended up returning it! Thanks for your videos Roxette! I am 39 years old, so I definitely won't be using this for high school lol, but it works just as well for a rush day before work!! You rock!!

Hey roxy! Girl I'm happy you touched on the subject of the 'matte and poreless"- foundation and I have an oily skin type and tried the foundation based on your recommendation and I didn't like it. It seemed to cake up and get both dry and flaked off my dryer areas but at the same time it melted away from my forehead and nose... BUT! That was when I used a blender sponge for application, and when I switched up to a synthetic buffer brush it tootally transformed. With a brush and really really worked into my skin it lasts all day and more than that! So that's my tip, buff it in really well in a thin layer. Maybe other people can benefit from that tip. Love you. Like that you've geared your channel towards newbies cus I think you have a way to make make up not be as intimidating. I'm somewhat of a oldie in the makeup game but I love these back to basics. Could you talk about bit about you favorite "non-blushy" blushes? Blusher that is not pink nor peach?
the elf blush brush is literally my favorite brush to use. i used to use it for setting powder (except under my eyes) and then now i use it for blush or highlighter

You're the reason I started using the maybelline fit me because i also have oily skin like you. i didnt like it at first so i was so sad cos i obviously would love to have my Roxette-made-me-buy-it collection. But I finally figured out why it was patchy and kind of breaking apart. it was because of the setting powder i used. it's all about mixing and matching products, really.
Fit Me, duh lol. You actually made me give that foundation a second chance and fall back in love with it. It works better for me with a damp sponge than a brush, and which powder and setting spray you use makes all the difference! I've been using the Pur 4-in-1 powder foundation to set and the Milani setting spray, and it lasts so much longer! I still get a little shiny a few hours in, but I blot and then I'm good for the rest of the day. :)
