No problem! The short/bottom edge of the chapstick holder is 1.75in or 4.5cm. If you have the aspect ratio locked, it should size correctly. If you need the long edge measurement, I can get it, it will just be a couple hours!
Thanks so much! Very helpful tutorial! Wouldn’t it save your nails to put the key ring on the leather before you glue? These wouldn’t be hard to sew either! Love this idea!
HEY YOUNG PEOPLE!!!! wanna make this? you don’t need to have loads of “adult” supplies. some felt or or clothing fabric will work! i used some old felt laying around. cut into any design (check to see if your chapstick / sanitizer fits!) leave extra space. make sure to leave the hole like in this video. you can actually STAPLE it if you can’t sew or hot glue! leave a hole, put your ring! assuming this is going a school lanyard (like me) , just use the ring on there or an old ring will work!
