Back to school lunch, Cherry tomatoes and olives Pizza

After 3 long weeks of winter holidays waking up early to prepare lunch on a very cold 🥶 day was not gonna be easy, so I’ve prepared this simple pizza the night before so that I can have extra time in the warm blankets. I recorded step by step even though I’ve got pizza dough recipe on my old videos, some of the viewers and my lovely subscribers might have missed it. Vegetable pizzas are the best cost you get to choose what to put in and what to leave out.
Here is the pizza dough recipe:
2 cups flour ( makes 2 pizzas)
7g yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 salt
3/4 cup water
Instructions ~ mix dry ingredients, then add water and knead for 5-7 minutes, cover let it rise.
Toppings used:
Mozzarella cheese
Boere sweet tomato relish as pizza sauce
Cherry tomatoes
Olives
Rocket
Black pepper
Olive oil
Chilli(optional)
Instructions~ roll your dough to your desired shape, brush with olive oil, pierce with for to prevent bubbles(optional), spread your pizza sauce, cheese then tomatoes, chilli and olives, season your tomatoes with salt(optional) and drizzle olive oil, bake in the oven on 200 for 12-15 minutes, crush your black pepper , add rocket leafs and drizzle some balsamic vinegar before eating
