Hard to believe this trilogy takes place during a whole weekend. Part 1 starts on Friday morning and Part 3 ends on Sunday afternoon.

If you look at the behind the scene's it's actually a fairly low budget movie that wasn't trying to be anything special. It was just trying to be a fun family flick and both directors were fairly humble about it and just wanted to make the movie good and not much more. However it was just that all the stars aligned.

The only thing i would do in a remake, is modern visuals, and a any cut scene that fits well be readded and reshot, FRAME by FRAME, going with the original scripts

I’m a kid of this generation with many great movies already existing in these point of time, but I can’t lie, Back to the Future is my favourite movie of all time(three of them). And it’s kinda disappointing to see that no other kids my age even saw this masterpiece. This movie is such a comfort movie to me and I watch is everytime I feel depressed haha.

@@juliust1974 exactly, the actors are so perfectly casted and the editing is also so good considering the movie is from the 19s and the vfx is not overboard but simple, everytime I decide to watch a movie with someone, back to the future is always the one movie I want to make the other person watch haha

Anyway I was gonna say Star Wars is older therefore more classic but my favorite sw movie is empire which was in 1980 and BTTF was in 85 so I think it checks out. Both great films in their own right and personally I think the songs in BTTF are golden I play Huey Lewis on repeat

I can honestly say that this is the best film and trilogy ever made. All 3 were the best ever. I have watched them in English, Spanish Italian and French. Absolutely brilliant.

I never knew what Flux capacitor was when I watched this as a kid. Now that I'm an old man I realize flux is just some sodering paste and capacitors are little cheap resistors that you can buy under a buck.
