Something that helped with with acne that may help Alisson, is benzoyl peroxide 5% and clindamycin phosate topical lotion 1%. I was really struggling with acne a few months ago and my doctor recommended for me to use those products and I have had MAJOR improvement on my skin! Before I had really noticeable pimples and now I’m mostly only left with acne scars. Benzoyl peroxide tends to irritate your skin when you first use it and makes your skin really dry but the clindamycin really helped with the dryness and to speed up the process! But if your skin is still dry, you can always add a moisturizer of your choice. I recommend aveeno moisturizing lotion! I would apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin 2 times per day, day and night.
