We are back in the scrapyard for another Vw rescue! We also find some very rare things & cool cars while exploring the junkyard. Update on the 1955 Vw Beetle full restoration soon.
I know I would happily have left that vert right where it is. That Cortina would have required further investigation. At least you got some good looking parts from the various box trucks. Hopefully the split bus will yield a few goodies...

couple heater channels some floor pans and you'll be driving that vert in no time. Just keep the windows and top down nobody will notice they are broken.

oh man, I didn't laugh when i backed into my rock wall today with the back blade of the kubota ....I just shook my head and cried a little inside lol...and fixed it . But yes, thank you, all you can do is laugh and roll with the punches :)))

Hi CC, well yes , I legit did not look at this car at all while getting the 55 out . A lot of people were asking to have it pulled so while looking at the 55 vid it didn't look too bad . I knew the floors would be totally gone or shot with the top shredded but I loaded up & ventured out with high hopes lol. After seeing the front end / fender / inner fenders wasted & engine hanging out of it I was ready to look for something else . So we spent the majority of the day looking for something else to dig out . The owner called us and we headed over to meet him at the Beetle. He wanted 400 which he said was scrap value . He also said I could have all the Vw parts / engine in the box van so I paid him and we gave it a go . It was already pushing 3 o'clock and it gets dark at 5 now so we didn't have much time . Well you know the rest , Kevin and I loaded the parts and I left the car and my 400 . I hope we get back for the buses and of course knowing me , i'll drag the damn vert out too :)). haha, he already has two of my ovals and he would want ZERO to do with that white vert...it's still there and paid for , I left the car and my 400 bucks lol.
Good on you guys for pulling out an 03 cab 🤙🏻 it’s not all about ovals & splitts..says a guy with a 55 oval and a 1303. In 30 years of VW’ing I never see a bug jacked up from inside 😂
That reminds me of my youth scrambling around trying to find the exact part you want and then realise that it is bent or rusty. Jason don't bother with that white VW you'll be doing your Flintstone impression! Just see if the buses are worth some effort. Enjoyable though, thanks. 👍
That Honda motorcycle looked like a CL 305 Scrambler. It’s a shame that VW was so roached beautiful car in it’s day. Love these videos. Keep up the good work.

That young man needs a GPS Tracker on himself before you lose him in that yard. There was value in some of those cars, now days they tear them apart and inventory the yard that place was old school but it was fun to look. Thanks for the tour. Cheers

Dear lord 1:45 and I spy a MK1 Cortina sitting in the undergrowth in 2021 🤯 I haven't seen a MK1 Cortina in a scrap yard since the late 90's, a rare scrapyard sight here in the UK, thanks for another great video J 👍
Maaaan....you guys should get the lot. They do complete new body shells for busses now. You could get that bus out and all the bits off it and the chassis number. You’ve saved another ....I think the new body shells are like 17k 😆

What a hell are you guys doing ? Can you really bring this back ? The wind from the ride home is going to tear it apart. It would take allot of beer to get me to take this one on .
What's the car in front of the blue bug? It looks like a mk1 cortina to me but I didn't know they went to the US. If it is its worth checking to see if it has the Lotus twin cam engine.
