Awww mama I felt your pain and love all at the same time. God is good and as you adjust back to work he will make sure both you and your baby are protected. 🤍
OMG I can’t stop crying I’m know 46 years old I’ve been watching her channel for a while know I also remember when I dropped my son at Day care the hardest feeling
I should go back to work tomorrow & my baby is 2 months & 20 days, I had a nanny to take care of her, but i’m crying cuz i have morning , evening and night shifts at my work & this point makes it worse cuz her nanny has to go on these shifts too & she will not have the best sleep schedule and this point also makes me worried more 💔😞😞 I really want to quit my job but I can’t for several reasons. Pray for me & my baby ❤
Aww you are a strong mama! I am going through the same thing right now too. I just came back to work yesterday after my 3 month fmla. I cried leaving my baby and our 4 other kids too 😭 but my husband gets to use his fmla too at least then baby will go to daycare... will be crying more then 😭 I hope everything goes well with your new job and new routines!
I have four kids, my husband and I were blessing for me to be able to stay home with our three older children but after we had our last baby I had to work and I never knew how hard it was to leave them at home I cried in my car on the drive to and from work I cried because I had to leave all four kids 😅
I feel your pain.. my baby is 2 months old and I can’t even think of leaving her somewhere else where I am not there . . You are so brave mama!! Also my baby looks so similar to your baby.. I immediately cried when you were bidding him off😢
Girl if I lived by you I would take care of your sweet boy. Your sister should take care of him ❤ I know I would if I was your sister. So sad seeing you cry 😭 I almost cried with you.
New mom here. Found your channel to try find someone to relate with about how to navigate going back to work with a new baby. I have to say I cried with you when I saw you drop your son off at daycare. I am also a teacher and my maternity leave is done in 2 months and my son will be starting day care. My heart is broken about it. I do have a question. You said you are glad you started sleep training him before you started working, what sleep training method or guide did you use because most of the ones I’ve seen start at 4 months old and I believe you said your son is 3 month old? Thanks again for your video! Hoping your experience with day care has gotten a little better as the weeks have gone by🩷
