With an *HOUR TO GO OF 2023 - Thank You* for all the content you and my list of other RU-vidrs have provided over *ALL THE YEARS* of watching you all (as I grew older!) I find it GREAT to live with people I most likely will never meet but still be close with & HAPPY *DIRT BOSS* is back at it. Wishing a GREAT 2024 & beyond to all!!!!
Looking forward to seeing the Hydrema modification and the future projects you spoke of. The Hydrema sure looks beefy enough to handle more load. I notice you keep the 2150 looking nice and new. No scuffs on the counter weight. It sure is a quiet excavator. Thanks for the videos!
I like that roller. Don’t see many sheep’s foot rollers around here. Everyone uses smooth drum . Seems like all these engineers lately are using stone, the backfill everything. We’ve had a few here lately that weren’t necessary, but they did it anyways. 👍
It’s a handy roller. We use them a lot here with our rocky clay I’m trying to find a smooth drum so I can run it over the top of the pads and driveways. Oh yes they love their clean rock 🤣
Great strategy fixing the overdig in the front. I have a few garages that are filled with deep rock,up to 10’ deep and so far never seen problems.Enjoyed the video and happy new year!
Job well done Brandon.you always go above and beyond to do the job once and di it right. And you I am sure exceed customer's expectations on everything you do.i wish you and your family a happy and prosperous year and lots videos from you.keep up the good work and good luck.
Looking good elite been watching your channel since you were in your single axle. We usually use oversize rock for all but the last foot of rise than switch to half inch clean white rock pack it in with a packer works good. Like to use creek rock aswell when available you dont half to compact washed river rock like clean white rock.
Cool you’ve been watching awhile then. That’s a good idea creek rock would work great too. Our creek rock has gone up to $40 a ton where this clean limestone is $13 a ton so we use it for everything lol
Great content as usual! Thank you sir for raising my awareness for my love for skid steers, grading, gravel, dirt work, Excavators, etc.... your videos and responses helped me a lot on my newfound interest.... Looking forward to 2024 from Elite! Happy New Year sir!
Hapy New Year! Your work is looking good! Be cautious, a vibratory roller or a mechanized hand tamper can cause those tall concrete walls to lean as well as the weight of construction equipment closely adjacent to them....been there, seen that!
Well, I guess I was wrong about the rock quarry having to lay off people when you finished the big parking lot job. Looks like it just carried over into this job as well. Lol. Good job again sir. Stay safe and Happy New Year to the whole Elite crew.
Idk, that's some pretty boney material, an hour packing the crap out of it with 2 machines, don't think there's gonna be any settling going on, of course I guess anything is possible, but not on this backfill, thanks for sharing an happy new year bud,
Thanks once again a GREAT New Year's Eve present! You can't really blame the owner for being concerned about settling with all the relocating of dirt you've had to do, but he's got the right guy in you to make sure it's done correctly. You've got all the equipment and know how as well. I was going to ask you about how you cleaned the clay out of that sheep's foot roller so I'm glad you mentioned it - maybe you can film that when you do it? BTW I wanted to ask what was the purpose of those two "doorways" at the bottom back of the garage against the house? One was where the water line came out and the other was across the garage from it. They let a lot of the fill stone just pour out from the inside to the outside and seemed odd. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Looking forward to lots of great videos in 2024.
Thank you! And happy new year to you and your family! Oh yeah I totally get why he is worried about the settling issues. And yes I plan to film or at least take a clip of putting the new clean out teeth on the roller. I think the holes help with drainage and it was way for them to tie the concrete walls of the garage to the basement since they didn’t put a footing under them. I’m not really 💯 sure myself lol I appreciate you guys supporting the channel this year will all the comments, it’s been great chatting with you!
@@eliteearthworksllc please make sure you take a video when you hit that milestone, maybe say what items you have replaced over your time. Keep up the good work.
