Hello my friends my name is Jiny I’m so glad you clicked on my video! Ive watched ASMR since 2018 and it has helped me so much with relaxing and destress, I hope it does the same for you as well :) I started ASMR in 2021 on tiktok and soon decided to move to RU-vid which is where I am now!

Its very rare for me to like these kind of ASMR, but i liked this one. Its really nice to hear and doesn't make my ADHD pops up.Its also really relaxing to hear this for studying. Thanks for the ASMR!

I have 8 dogs, and 4 other people live in my house, and overall my family is just loud , so my house tends to be very chaotic. I also love to read , so this is PERFECT to listen to. I can focus on what I’m reading while also drowning out the loudness. Thank you soooooo much!!!!! ❤😊

In my specific personal experience, ADHD. hard to explain bc whatever connection there is between ASMR and ADHD is something I'm constantly trying to learn about and research, but I think for me its- - when I'm doing something else and have ASMR in the background, it has a calming effect. that theoretically helps me not bounce from thing to thing as much. It also makes me feel more awake?? idk how to describe it - when I'm laying in bed and trying to sleep, that calming effect obviously helps, and a lot of the time I have some torrent of thoughts and ideas whizzing around and then a really good trigger cuts through and I can just almost feel myself sink into that noise, or lack of noise. It's like ... my thoughts exist during that time to "stimulate" my brain, bc ADHD, but a good trigger, or rather the specific ASMR triggers that "work" for me, can replace that, and in listening to it I'm spending no mental energy like I would be if I was thinking up a whole bunch of stuff, so its easier to fall asleep. ... I don't know if any of that made sense bc I've been awake for ... 36ish hours? and am actively falling asleep. I'm 1000% certain that's not unique to just people with ADHD, but I'm only working with a sample size of one, lol.

I use asmr for both sleeping and focusing. I have watched asmr for so many years now that it’s not as tingly and it won’t really put me to sleep so quickly. I use ASMR as a background noise basically because if It’s quite while I’m trying to get work done I get uncomfortable and usually end up on my phone so this way when I do play asmr in the background I can be comfortable and end up not going on my phone and since I like asmr so much I put my connection of asmr to my school work which helps me remember it more. Since I have ADHD as well having the calming aspect of ASMR helps me so my mind isn’t going 100 miles per minutes so that I can actually calm down and get some work done.

So perfect to listen to while reading a book. The one you were tapping on I had not heard of yet so I am curious to learn about it. The candle was great too and could be a video of it's own someday for sure, especially with darker lighting. Great job. :)
