Him being a student at the same time, trying to learn the lefty, really makes him a great teacher. A lot of pros, I feel like, struggle to translate some concepts for beginners because it is so second nature to them, but I think this is one of the best seminars out there.
ive seen 100 how to throw videos and this was actually very easy and effective. Eagle knocked this video out the park. nothing was over complicated and i think i even took a few pointers to try out
2 things taught here that pleasantly surprised me. 1) He thinks of a “reachback” as a “push out.” 2) He has a slight variation of the Beto drill with a focus on lightly curling the wrist, and he directly mentions the Beto drill.
throwing RHBH for so long has your hip flexors cheating to one side to make it feel natural. Switching to LHBH, you're asking your left hip flexor to start opening up whereas before you were asking it to close up to complete the weight transfer. Chances are your back foot is naturally orientating based on the signal it receives from your left hip flexor. Regular visits to a chiropractor to open up your left hip will help. At first, I thought this clip was a hidden gem that had you throwing MVP discs in Iceland to avoid any leaks. :) Have a bangarang year!
Innova built the 1st cloud breakers, I miss the OG swirly birds. I think it would be CAF if Eagle went back to Innova and rebuild the Destroyer Cloud Breakers Scorpious, stranger things have happened :) Calvin and Eagle would a force to recon with
