The fact that you need an adapter to have the basic ports that used to come standard on every laptop is insain to me... I have a MacBook Pro as well and if they keep going down this road, I'm done. This ain't innovation. Ps. Their suport is a bitch. They purposely make third party repairs impossible so you have to send the fucker in via mail if you have any hardware issues.

Does the USB hub supply power if so is it enough for your interface and mic? Been looking for a USB hub that supplies enough power for my Scarlett focusrite solo 2nd gen but I am not having any luck
