Good video. I bought the same windscreen then found out they were discontinued by Primus. I think it was because that model does have a risk of conducting heat to the canister. The new Primus windscreen is similar but clips directly onto the stove (Primus stove) with magnets rather than around the top of the canister.

Thanks! The Titan Kettle is the only titanium pan I own. I did nearly buy the Titan 2 set at one point, it's a great cook set if it suits your needs. I've recently been considering the Mytipot from Alpkit.com, which is another nice set at a very reasonable price - but to be honest I'm ok with the kettle and my cheap Tefal mini wok pan. Less is more in the backpacking game, after all!

Hi Pete - really like the Crux but can't you store it in the concave recess in the bottom of a 230g canister using the neoprene gadget that (I thought) comes with it? Mike

Thx for that Video. I've two 220g/230g gas canisters here, both have different manufacturer, and both canisters are too high for the titan kettle so I can't put on the lid. Does anyone have the same problem?

Do you think this setup would work with a MSR Microrocket inside instead of the Crux?
