@@MattWaghornOutdoors we planned on 6 days for Lake Superior. We ended up doing it in 4. It’s a tough one to plan. If you get wind or rain it will slow you to a crawl or make movement impossible. But we had a heatwave, 3 days would have been comfortable but we stuck to our original itinerary for 3 nights then headed out with a 25km day. The trail Can be very slow at times, but we averaged 3.2km/hr over the whole trail. Our slowest kms being around 25-30mins and our fastest kms around 10mins.
