I love my Lanshan tents! I had to switch back to the yellow; my dogs ran straight through my green one and demolished it. The problem with a yellow tent is it attracts bugs like crazy for some reason. 🤷‍♀️ The meal was so good! Thanks! 😁💚👊

@@driewiel I initially got the Lanshan 2 in yellow. I love it, but yellow attracts bugs like crazy for some reason! I bought my second one in green. I loved how it blended in and camouflaged in the woods. Unfortunately, one of my dogs ran straight through it. I'm back to yellow until I can buy myself another green. Blue would look awesome! I wish they'd make a blue one! 😃💚👊

I put a trail camera near my tent because animals have a funny way of running through my campsites. 😆💚👊

@Bextasy423 I use the free version of Relive app to track the route. It gives you 10 free pictures with the free version. I used AllTrails to keep me on-trail, and I screenshotted what I saw on there. My go-to tent is a Lanshan 2. If you ever get the choice, don't pick yellow. For some reason, yellow attracts bugs. I had a green Lanshan 2, but my dogs ran right through it. Hope that helps! 😆 I try to put links to everything I show in the description of my videos, but I always forget some stuff. @Nomadiccamping I don't usually carry bear spray; but only because I carry a gun when I'm solo backpacking. I'd rather fire a round off to scare a bear than blind him, if possible. But I swear by bear spray! It'll stop ANY critter that you don't want near you- bear, mountain lion, snake, human, loose chimpanzee, etc. Whatever your fear desires, bear spray will stop. The yellow Lanshan 2 with the 3 season inner tent weighs 2 lbs. 4 oz. If you buy tents, don't buy yellow if you have a choice. Yellow attracts bugs like crazy! I had the Lanshan 2 in green, but my dog ran through it. 🤦‍♀️ Now I have to use the yellow one until I get a new green one. I have a Peak stove for my daughter. I hope your knee is alright! 😃💚👊

@@IceBearHalfwayPoint carrying a gun is smart , especially for a woman. I doubt anyone would want to rape me (Burt Reynolds once said) . My knee is ok , just sore

October 25, 26, 27th. You can come one day or stay all three, as you wish. We will do small day hikes each day, and spend lots of time at one central camp area.
