So, I translated the morse code at the end, and it reads “DECEIVED” (i think) which means the guy is probably not out of the backrooms yet, maybe on another level. We need more of these videos they’re really good Edit: so this comment kinda blew up, and I just wanna make something clear This is a video going from the Kane pixel's version of the backrooms, meaning there is currently one "level" discovered, AKA level 0 in the Wikidot lore. I don't think there are levels in Kane's lore, they might be. ones we have not discovered yet in the series. but I don't think it's another level. Oh yeah, and by the way, the guy with the shotgun says earlier in the video: "Do not be deceived" which makes it look like he is still not out of the backrooms, as the word "deceived" has already been used talking about the backrooms edit 2: so now Kane's lore has multiple levels. bruh

You always see them running from terrifying danger, but you almost never see them fight back... Seeing them fight back made me feel inner peace-ish

In the first age, in the first battle, when the Backrooms first lengthened, one stood. Burned by the embers of isolation, his soul blistered by the fires of yellow and tainted beyond ascension, he chose the path of perpetual torment. In his ravenous hatred, he found no peace, and with boiling blood he scoured the Backrooms seeking vengeance against the dark entites who had wronged him. He wore the crown of the Bio-Men, and those that tasted the bite of his sword named him... the Room Slayer.

I like how he’s actually checking the filing cabinets with that being a something the character in the “first” back rooms animation should’ve done as said in game theory

This is honestly the perfect way to escape the backrooms for a reality that’s always been theorized to be influenced by the mind, killing thing that scares you most would naturally set you free. Fantastic film dude.

I think those are mold spores on the ground at 1:37. Maybe the Morse Code translating to "deceived" means that the words "Good Ending" themselves are deceiving, suggesting that indeed our guy DID escape, but escaping back to the real world in this case was a VERY bad thing. at 1:37 when the scientist is waking up, it looks like there are mold spores on the ground around him. Near the beginning of the video, they are conversing about how they are both covered in mold spores and the threshold facility is locked down due to mold contamination, but as long as they don't take their suits off, they'll be fine. If indeed the scientist has escaped the Backdoors into the outside world, this is a BAD thing, as he has now infected Earth's ecosphere (air/water/plantlife) with this crazy mold that is already shown growing around him at 1:37, and indeed his escape is a Bad Ending. In his escape, our scientist has unwittingly doomed Earth with unstoppable mold. Just a theory, though?

Morse code at the end says: "Deceived" My theory is that he woke up in a different backrooms level after hurting/killing the entity. Most likely level 10 (The farm field level)

Honestly the part where he basically duels the creature is so amazing. I watched that part so many times to appreciate that cinematic masterpiece.

The backrooms can be made into so many concepts it’s amazing

I personally think that the idea of the backrooms would be a lot scarier to me without the strange monsters- the presence of the monsters remove the feeling of pure loneliness and isolation, and create a feeling of danger. I personally believe that the isolation of the backrooms would be the most terrifying part. You would be all alone, likely to be trapped in a near infinite series of tunnels and hallways, without ever seeing another face, ever again.

I love the usage of the song "Heartaches" at the end (the same song used in "It's Just a Burning Memory"). It seems to convey that while it may seem like he has escaped, it is only an illusion of the mind and how he is still trapped in the vicious cycle of phasing in and out of levels in the Backrooms.

When you've been in the backrooms for so long that returning back to the real world (Earth) still makes you anxious that this is another room in the backrooms

I watched this like 5 days ago and It wasn't even on my mind that I watched this then suddenly I was the one in the backroom in my dream last night. That was really terrifying and waking up felt like the best feeling I had for a very long time.

I love that distorted "Goodbye to a World" when he found the shotgun. Songs like that and Daisy Bell really fit the feel of the backrooms.

Fairly new to the backrooms stuff but my god....it is so engaging and compelling. I really hope Hollywood doesn't get a hold of this. It has the potential to become something very special without them.

They need to be carrying weapons even before going into the Backrooms. Clear out the anomalies and use it as storage.

FUN FACT: The Morse code at the end of the animation deciphers to “DECEIVED” meaning that the scientist probably did not exit and he is just simply being deceived by his surroundings. ( or it could be a reference to what the scientist says at 0:36, or it’s both 😈)

Great stuff. Why is the music at the end so haunting? It's like the style of music from the 1950's but in a digital/electronic style. I'm 54 years old and have kept up with the technology and internet all these decades and it is incredibly interesting to see how things have evolved over that span of time. This Backrooms horror is one of the most unique story/world creations I've seen in all this time. It will be interesting to see where it continues to go.

Every one of these artists need to come together and either make a movie or series of the Backrooms

The graphics looks real asf. Something about the lighting, materials and color made it look real.

The camera movements, the animation itself and I dont know what screen effects you used but it looks so damn lifelike. If you hadnt written that it was a 3D animation I would have thought it was a fan film with real actors.

fun fact:you can actually no clip into the backrooms by sleeping or holding a old device if your sleeping and your in the backrooms just wake up it's the second way to escape the backrooms

im not gonna lie, the backrooms was way more menacing without all the monsters and stuff. Just being in a desolate, vast and seemingly infinite place is terrifying enough

What I love about the backrooms is the effectiveness of a simple concept that can soar to impressive heights, this thing has blown up in such a cool avalanche of amazing content like this video. Amazing stuff

I really like the use of what sounds like “goodbye to a world” by Porter Robinson at around 1:20 . if you listen, it sounds like near the end of the song in goodbye to a world (probably at 5:00 in the song) when everything starts to glitch out
