Much appreciated. I've been using the elastic bands for about a week and definitely notice a difference. I walk around with them on and sometimes forget that they are there. Then suddenly my body says, "Enough!". That's when I take them off!

Yes, I can prove. I just had started earlobe twice since yesterday. I have chewing muscle tighting before this practice (I am not intentionaly checked it). After heard you mentioned that effect, they released when I tested the chewing muscle instantly. Thank you so much. 🙏 I regret myself to discover your channel a bit late.

I tried the rubber band over two ears at the same time, for rubber bands more than 2 hours, and my two different size of eyes became almost same size. Just amazing!! May I know why you need 2 rubber bands for each ear? Thank you so much from California.

@@bliss2massage I have a vivid blood shot vein in each eye for years. I had two rubber bands on last night （will not do it again since you do not recommed it）. I found out both side of the vein shrank noticeably this morning, I was speechless! Will keep use this technique and share the results with you. I am so grateful to you.

Go see a doctor or dentist. You could be eligible for botox. It is used for relaxing muscles in some cases.
