Anyone who says that the backstreet boys can't sing, should be made to listen to this from their early years. No music to overpower the sound of their voice.
expect for nick since when bsb is getting starting getitng popular he was on puberty stage so he kind of have a light voice crack voice but when year comes he is starting being most having the singing than only brian
One of the side things I enjoy most about the BSB is their wordless communication even while singing - I've seen it often in so many past and recent performances; sometimes it's a shared grin with a nod of understanding, sometimes it's a waggled finger lol, etc. I also like when they almost wordlessly calibrate their voices at the beginning of singing something, it's just so neat.
True BSB is boyband with real talented members. So we can not compare to Nsync, Destinys child or many groups nowadays. Along 1993-1995 they had many shows before made their first album. Even BSB hit the world in 1996-1997 & had tour all around the world, before they hit US in 1998
What a nice touch of them to have that kind of presentations back then. Wish they could still do that every now and then in the future. 5:04 - 5:41 There you go. a little something about how they got together. We all know who they are talking about and the rest of it. Still, the only think I can be glad about all this, is that we got them, NSYNC and many other big contributions for pop. IMO 90s - early 2000s was the best time. Not gonna lie, there are some songs/artists good out there. I just wanna stick to this style.

Why does this song give me faults nostalgia? I can't understand I ONLY just heard this song last years when I ordered the CD, but when I heard it then it felt like I had listened to that song before, but I know I havent cause it was the E.U. version, and I didn't follow them till 1997 with Backstreet's Back. And the ONLY song I thought was a rare one was If you Lay down.
I think this is in October of 1995. Howie mentions how they’ve been together two and a half years (they formed in April 1993), and talks about how the We’ve Got It Goin’ On video is releasing soon (filmed in August of 1995). If I’m correct, Howie and Kevin are lying about their ages.
I NEVER understood why Nsync and BSB never told the WHOLE truth about how they got together. They always seemed to be leaving out parts or tell some parts of what happened of how and why they got together. It was through many auditions, and it was Pearlman that put both bands together so to speak. Some of them knew eachother in between, but like Nsync it wasnt their choice but Pearlmans. Like Nsync told the story how the NSYNC letters was chosen, they left out that Jason Galasso was the 4th N in Nsync. Anyways great video nonetheless.
Probably because it would’ve made them look manufactured to the public and the public was very anal about stuff like that especially when it came to teenybopper groups. If they said they went through auditions and went several members changes small minded people would’ve labelled as some inauthentic boyband.
