3) I have recently bought my first EPS hive. The company is called HiveIQ. I have just noticed that the bees have started chewing the polystyrene inside the lid. Have you had any experience with this issue?

7) I split my hives with varying levels of varroa mites. I've done most of my work in the fall, would this work in spring or is it too aggressive?
