What’s really sad for me is the foam board here in Australia is really heavy because of the thick paper so I can barely make anything. do you have any other ideas to make small rc planes without foam board or foam board without the paper
For my smaller models I’ve used foam board without the paper. I take the paper off both sides to prevent warping. But you are correct, the FB can be surprisingly heavy for smaller models. Remember, there is always balsa! Do see www.StevensAero.com for some great small flyers. Tim
Tim, love your videos. I have a question about where one can get Depron or something similiar - or what you use as an equivalent? It appears to come in large sheets with a high shipping cost.
