Mrs. Donna: Thank you for showing us when you were potting, how you were doing the staining and color on the privacy fence, and how it does when it rains. If y’all would like, y’all can sit out there when it rain and y’all don’t have to worry about getting wet at all. Mr. Robert Dude #1: Thank you so much for showing us how to do the screens: how to take the old ones off and put the new ones on! That was a great learning experience and it looks very easy and simple to do instead of, paying out money for professionals to do when it can be done by yourself and be a lot cheaper! We really appreciate you both showing us new things and how to do them! I didn’t know how to plant in a pot or anything like that, and I also didn’t know that you could just use a sponge instead of a paint brush to stain the wood! I really appreciate y’all teaching us! I am so enjoying watching your patio makeover. I wish I knew how to do the screens last year. I was with my daughter and we took her screens to a place to have them redone. Oh my goodness. I can't believe how much they charged us. I was not able at that time to learn how to do them. But now I know! Thank you, both of you, for showing us so many things to DIY.

It was good to see the video clip of the rain. Just remember though that if the wind gets up, some rain will blow inward. But even if that happens the patio should still be ok because there are small spaces for the wind to draft.

Spline roller😊. If you want, buy new rubber at the same time you buy new screen because if your rubber is old it will crack when removing it.

Your elephant ear is a perennial..meaning it comes back every year. Youll probably have to store the pots in the basement though. Theyll perish in the cold winter in your area. You'll enjoy them next summer for sure 😊

Hey dude # 1, thank you for bringing the window screen redo to my attention. We had pets in our first 20 years of owning our home, and they destroyed our screens. So after watching you do it I decided to get this done. What I did notice before re- attaching the spline it works better if you, first use the tool on the convex end to push/ roll the screen into the channel on all 4 sides, then install the spline. It makes it super easy & fast
