How are you getting to 250k. I build my own ADU in Walnut Creek California area for $110k for two bedroom and two bathroom. I pulled a owner builder permit and sub different trades out and negotiated with everyone.

Great Content!! Don't the host need to be in the premise for Airbnb rental? Or is it just limited for short term rental? For example, in San Jose, you are only allow to rent for 180 days annually if the host is not present. In this case, how would you have multiple Airbnb units?
Each has its pros and cons. Short term is more money, but more time consuming. Best to use a property manager. Long term is less money, but also way less work.
@@TransformRealEstate I was 90 percent leaning towards hosting on Airbnb until I read up on squatters story. I always thought you could use police for trespassing if so but heard California the cops don't like to get involved. Have you ever deal with ppl trying to squat on Airbnb?
