The winter mud has created some challenges around the farm. Preparing some loads of hay require some real tractor power and operator experience to get the job done. #Mud #tractor
Keeping orders straight, knowing hay quality, operating safely, loading quickly, making sure trucks are legal, battling winter weather... this is one smooth operation, kudos!
How much difference in quality, is there between your good vs best hay ? Also, would hay that is 50% better, cost 50% more ? Always good to see a Massy getting things done.
That's hard to give you a super good answer. Best hay probably sells for 15%ish more than good hay of a similar cutting and forage type, but there can be wicked swings in price between good and not very good hay. That's why we have so much equipment, to try to always catch the premium pricing. For example, in this video those large squares of mature timothy sold for like $192/ton less than the small squares of nice timothy.
Another quality production mate. Watch promoting that rogue who makes that drink.. lol. Hey what is the deal with the grille on the dodge ram? Robbie and PJ are awesome guys, good consistent operators. Keep the video's coming brother.
How much does a truckload of Timmy cost from a curiosity point. From somebody that doesn’t deal with hay. Love the videos I love how you all get along. Including cranky Carl.
