I really like this video and I appreciate, that you get some special coaching. Ohio BU will be everyone's last chance to qualify for the US team, who wants to but hasn't done yet. So I expect this race to be extremely competitive and the race to go far beyond the 50something of previous years. Maybe Ryan and Keith don't feel save and Chris, Cody and Bo will give it a final try.

I signed up for the backyard ultra with the most vert in North America… 😳 only because it is the closest to me … I have 332 days to train 👍

Just found out about this format of ultras. Really cool idea. Out of curiosity what watch do you use or do you use one to track your runs ? Especially one that is multiple days.

im doin the other one in ohio August 10th. Last buckeye standing. Its a bronze ticket race. Im also on a mission to get to bigs. Maybe one day well cross paths
