Lacson street tourism strip is open for the Masskara festival 2024 but we have typhoon Kristine passing over which is bringing strong winds and rain , I went up to the top floor of Seda hotel for a happy hour drink to dry off
Man, they still setup despite the hurricane. That is a bit insane. 😂 Just goes to show the spirit of the Bacolodnon though. Even in hardships, they can never take out our festivals. Happy Masskara!
Hi Mate, John in South Bacolod...our house in low area, other day our house had 3 foot water flood, luckily we had all our furniture raised up in time, am going to invest in a watertight door ( like a submarine). I enjoy your posts, let's share a pint someday (after Monsoon season!)
