I have made these a few times now and they are a huge hit with everyone and really easy to make for large groups. I've been using habanero death dust BBQ rub to get a little more of a kick for half of them and your BBQ rub for the other half. And that combination seems to give everyone a great time.
I have made these a few times and everyone loves them. You are the king of the grill and smoker. I have been watching your videos for years and honestly, I must say your are my first choice when it comes to smoking or grilling recipes. Thank you.
The only downside is that these beautiful chicken bites with bacon will last about 1 minute in the table :P i will eat half of them and then the rest can be share :) for healthy reason obviously
I’ve been making these for years. I find pre-cooking the bacon a bit keeps the chicken from over cooking. And I usually spoon on some extra brown sugar 5-10 min before pulling them. Extra candied.
Hi Malcolm just want to say love your videos your the man I was wondering what is your opinion on the Stump gravity fed box smokers? Ever since I've heard about them it's been my dream to own one but I would like an opinion of a true pit master before I throw down that kinda cash
Justin Hammy Depends on how much you want to spend. Pit Boss $350-500 great units. Traeger,RecTec good $700-1200. Going Cadillac Memphis, BlazeN Grill, Mac, Fast Eddy $1500-5000. All will Produce great food.
If they take 45 minutes on the grill, I am going to need 8 more grills...that way there is a constant 9 servings in a cooking rotation. My friends will be on those like a pack of dogs on a 3 legged cat. Home Run Malcom!
Oh buddy your killin me😋 Gonna do this on sun🏈🍭 I made the bacon chicken jalapeno poppers last sun. So good buddy!! Thanks for all the great recipes and keep em coming🤯
These were incredibly delicious... brought them to a party (about 30 bites) they ran out in a matter of minutes.... one pack of thigh (about 1.8 lbs) worked just about perfectly with one pack of bacon... When I do these again, I'll be sure to make more!
I made these yesterday, and my wife wanted me to thank my friend Malcolm for the idea! I told her I would let him know his inspiration made her day. Thank you.
When I was a short order cook, I would cook chicken breast ( slices) then bread them and wrap them in bacon. Then deep fry it for 30 seconds. Sold a lot of them during Saturday football game time with the chili’s I made.
I. would marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce first? I also coat the bacon with maple syrup too? cayenne, brown melts together then I paint it on the bacon...can air fry it too? maybe put on pineapple chunk too?
Made these tonight. They are super easy to do and taste a-maze-ing!!!! The fam loved them and couldn’t stop eating them. Thanks for such an awesome recipe. Keep up the good work!
